Average Rate on 30-Year Mortgage Ticks Down to 2.88%
Housing is more affordable than ever! There is lots of new construction in the area built under new hurricane codes which makes a house more hurricane proof and home owners insurance premiums very low! Call me if you're thinking about selling your home and upgrading to a new home OR if you want to get out of that rental and build some equity!
