✅August 2020 average sold price was $293,060 compared to $248,134 in August 2019
✅Average day on the market in August 2020 was 41 days compared to 55 days in August 2019
✅1,003 homes sold in August 2020 compared to 949 homes in August 2019
✅1,287 homes on the market in August 2020 compared to 2,320 homes on the market in August 2019
